All in all it was a lovely day of swapping, sharing, learning, stamping, and fun!

Well, it's off to church for me! I am so thankful for my job-it's always a blessing when you get to do what you love every day!

I will share more tomorrow! Until then, have a Stampingrox! day!

Stampin'Up! Bold Snowflake Take 2!

Just a super quick post today. Lots to get done, a gal coming over to talk Stampin' Up! today, projects to start preparing for January, swaps to plan, oh my!

As I've mentioned before, I participate in a monthly swap with some super demonstrators, and November was no exception. Here's a great card by Susie Wod using the new single stamp, Bold Snowflake!

Pretty neat, yes? I'm dying to make one of these for myself, perhaps I will get the job done soon!

Gotta run for now, until tomorrow, have a Stampingrox! day!

Stampin'Up! Another Pop-up Card!

I'm back today with another Pop-up Card! This is the last one I created for my presentation last Saturday. I used the "Cheerful Treat" Hostess Designer Paper(retiring May 30), the Blossom Punch, and the "Dazzling Diamond Dust" Technique:

Stampin' Up! Slider Card by Meg Wheeler!

Good morning! Just a quick post here before my classes start today. I participated in this swap last month, a "Cards That Move" swap, and here's my favorite, a Slider card created by my good friend, Meg Wheeler:

All current Stampin' Up! product used, including Paper Daisies, Blushing Bride Pleated Satin Ribbon, and Letters to Santa DSP! Just a reminder though, a BUNCH of accessories will be going on the Retiring Accessories List, which will be released on April 25th, and all the colors of Pleated Satin Ribbon will be going away, maybe forever, on April 30th!

Here's the card when you slide it open:

Meg used "Crosses of Hope" for this beauty!

Have you gathered together your picks of possibly retiring stamp sets for the Retired Stamps List? You have until midnight tomorrow night to send them to me! Whoever guesses the most correct I will send the winner some hand-stamped goodies!

Until tomorrow, have a "Stampingrox!" Day!

Another Stampin' Up! Cheerful Treat Gatefold Card!

I actually made 2 different cards for the swap I participated in. Here's the second one using pretty much all the same supplies, including the Blossom Punch, Perfectly Penned, and the Cheerful Treat Hostess Designer Paper!

Stampin' Up! Blossom Punch and Cheerful Treat Hostess Designer Paper!

Happy Saturday Morning! I am ready for my first of two Punch/Technique Classes this week, but first I need to show you this fun card I made for a swap I participated in this week using the Blossom Punch and Cheerful Treat DSP!

Double punch gatefold 1©Stampin'Up!™1990-2012

It's called a "Double Door" or "Gatefold" card. I found inspiration from Lyssa Zwolanek, then took the card to another level with several tweaks and changes!

Here's the really impressive part, when you open the card!

Double punch gatefold 2

Simply fab!  "Celebrate Today" is from "Perfectly Penned", the Whisper White flower center is from the "Blossom Party" Big Shot Originals Die, and the Glimmer Brad is Wild Wasabi from the Subtles Collection! The "latch" in the middle of the gate uses the "Word Window Punch", "friend" from "Fabulous Phrases", Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack, and Basic Jewel Rhinestones! I attached the latch with a couple of Mini Glue-dots!

See you tomorrow! Thanks for stopping by! Until then, have a "Stampingrox!" Day

Happy Birthday, Mark!

As promised, here's the other pop-up card I made almost a month ago, this time with "Just My Type"!

Until tomorrow, have a "Stampingrox!" Day!
