Stampin' Up! Ornate Garden Easel!
April 04, 2020
Hey there! Today I have the latest card I've created with the Ornate Garden Suite, an easel card. I love making easels!
I gold heat-embossed the large spray of blooms from Ornate Style on Very Vanilla, then colored with Light Old Olive, Dark Daffodil Delight, Dark Poppy Parade, Dark Cajun Craze, and Dark and Light Rococo Rose Stampin' Blends Markers. I used the Terracotta Tile 1/4" wide ribbon from the Ornate Garden Ribbon Combo Pack. The color is so rich, it almost looks like velvet to me!
I popped up the Classic Label-punched sentiment on the easel-stop created with an Ornate Layers die.
Inside I stamped the floral spray with Soft Suede to mimic the gold embossing color on the front. I put a layer of Mint Macaron behind the vanilla sentiment layer to pull the color from the front designer paper.
Here’s the pdf tutorial for you!

You're very welcome, Carol! I have to order a couple more packages of the Ornate Garden DSP! I'm making M&T packets for my team of about 30 and ran out before I got everything prepped! Have fun with the Suite!
