Stampin' Up! Sheltering Tree for Samaritan Ministries!
February 11, 2017
Hey there! We've left the health insurance merry-go-round and joined Samaritan Ministries. No monthly premium. Instead, we send a designated amount each month to a member with a medical need. I used inspiration from Billie Moan for cards to send with our check:
Ink the "I" clear block with Rich Razzleberry, Marina Mist, and Mint Macaron, rubbing the pad directly on the block, spritz water, then stamp on watercolor paper. The left card was spritzed less water; the right card spritzed with more.
Let dry. Stamp the Sheltering Tree with Basic Black Archival. I filled in the trunk and branches with a Project Life Journaling Pen.
Sheltering Tree sentiment.
Wrapped Basic Black Solid Baker's Twine three times.
This card is for a dear friend.
"Thinking of You" is the monthly Samaritan Ministries card.
A Gorgeous Grunge splatter stamp for the "snow", stamped first with Whisper White Craft on the watercolored side, Smoky Slate stamped-off on the white side.
