Stampin' Up! Woodland Sheltering Tree!
August 21, 2015
Hey there and happy Friday! Tonight is the first session of my August Birthday Card Buffet, and today's card is another one my stampers can choose to make! We will be using a new embossing folder from the Holiday Catalog, Woodland, with Sheltering Tree:
We will be heat embossing the tree from Sheltering Tree with gold powder, then sponging over it with Island Indigo, Cajun Craze, Delightful Dijon, and Chocolate Chip. This is an "emboss-resist" technique.
The candy dots are from the Neutrals Candy Dots pack, and the adorable little wooden acorn is from the Into the Woods Elements, which are debuting on Sept. 1st!
Inside we will partially emboss the Very Vanilla layer with the Woodland folder, then gold-emboss with sentiments from Lovely Amazing You and B.Y.O.P.
If you are local in Southern Illinois, you can RSVP for this class, either Friday, August 21st, 5-9 p.m. or Saturday, August 22nd, 11 a.m -5 p.m. You will make 10 cards, choosing from 8 different designs for $25 or free with a $40 order.
Not local? You can still receive the class kits (cut card stock, and embellishments only, no stamping) and instructions by mail when you order at least $40 in my online store by August 30th using this hostess code: DA22R6SJ
Here's the supply list for today's card. You can order everything, except the Woodland folder and the Into the Woods Elements (available Sept. 1), in my online store: www.carolpayne.stampinup.net
