Stampin' Up! Painter's Tape and Wetlands!

Hey there! Liam's birthday party was last night with yummy food, good friends & family, fun presents for the birthday boy, cousins to play with, and an Oreo Blizzard ice cream cake! Perfect!

I mentioned Liam's card yesterday but I'm not sharing just yet. Today I'm working on Ava's card for her party on Monday. I will be sharing these soon.

On today's card we used the Painter's Tape Technique with the little shorebirdies  from Wetlands:

I bought the Wetlands set because I love these little shorebirdies! They are stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink after I used painter's tape to add the Night of Navy, Pool Party, and Crumb Cake ink to the Whisper White layer. I added the seagrass with Pear Pizzazz and the "Thinking of You" from Wetland with the Memento ink. The card seemed a little bit "flat", but after I added a single Crumb Cake Candy Dot, it all came together.

Inside I used the same technique and same colors of ink but with a phrase from Thoughts and Prayers.

That's all for now. Here's the shopping list for today's card. Everything (except the painter's tape) can be ordered in my Online Store:

Come back to see me tomorrow for Sunday Swap Day! Until then, have a Stampingrox! day!
