Stampin' Up! Elegant Vivid Vases!
February 22, 2014
Hey there! I just returned home from Donna's house where we had a blast stamping tonight! Lots of laughter combined with a good movie, Pride and Prejudice, how much better could it possibly get?
Tomorrow, (or rather, looking at the clock, later today) I am having my Vivid Vases Class. Today's card is one we will be making, using Vivid Vases, Flower Garden Textured Impressions Folder, and Simply Sketched Hostess:
The vases are stamped without the accompanying greeting with Whisper White Craft ink on Basic Black cardstock, then cut out with an Oval Collection Framelit.
I'm really tickled how well the Vanilla Smooch Spritz/alcohol mixture showed up on the card front! I spritzed it after I had run the Smoky Slate layer through the Big Shot with the Flower Garden folder.
I added more elegance with a Tea Lace Doily, and some glam with a Rhinestone, Silver 1/8" ribbon, and the Silver Foil layer beneath the greeting!
Inside is pretty straighforward, with Jet Black StazOn stamping and a sentiment from One in a Million!
So how do you like card #3 of the Vivid Vases class? I'm really diggin' it, and I hope my stampers do too!
That's all for now. It's after midnight and my eyes are getting heavy as I type. I better hit the hay so I can be up bright and early to finish my prep and set-up for class!
Until tomorrow, have a Stampingrox! day!

I think it and the painter's tape cards were the favs of the class! Thanks!

Your card is gorgeous...loving the color combo, I would not have thought of these going so well together. It is in style a plain an simple card....however, your bits of bling really pop it all!!! Your guests will absolutely love it!
