Stampin' Up! You Are My Sunshine in Chalkboard!
April 05, 2013
Happy Friday! I'm so glad the weather here is starting to warm up a bit. We've even went a few days without any rain, which is a first for quite awhile!
We have been seeing the sun quite a bit more too, which prompted me to create this fun card for the technique side of my Punch/Technique Class this Saturday! (I still have plenty of room for you if you are thinking of coming!)
There has been a lot of chalkboarding going on in the Stampin' Up! world lately, so I decided it was time to try my hand at it! I combined the Sunshine single stamp (still available until July 31!) with the flourish from the Amazing Family stamp set. I made easy white lines with my White Gel Pen and a ruler. I'm always looking for ways to make stamping a project easier!
I continued with Amazing Family stamps on the inside, accenting with the same tiny scallop circle-punched flowers and Basic Jewel Rhinestones used on the outside. The punch is from the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack.
That's it for today! I will have another class sample to show you tomorrow!
Until then, have a Stampingrox! day!
P.S. Just wanted to remind you, if you have been planning to place an order through my Online Store, I would suggest you wait until Saturday when you can get FREE SHIPPING!
But, if you just can't wait or are worried about availability of the products in the retiring colors, then here's the link to my store:
