I'm in Chattanooga, TN!

Why am I in Chattanooga???!!!! Well, this is just another example of the beauty of being my own boss!!! Late Tuesday night my daughter, Kimberly, called me from Chattanooga. She had went to Georgia with her MIL to visit family and on the way home they had car trouble. They had to rent a car to get back to IL because her MIL's father was having heart surgery the next morning. Kimberly asked me to ride back to Chattanooga on Wednesday to pick up the repaired van, which I was happy to get to do! We never seem to get to spend enough time together with her teaching job all school year and all of our summer activities. Kimmy is my "caffeine", and for those of you who have met her at the door at my Hostess Appreciation and other events, you know what I'm talking about!
Anyway, we were about an hour and a half from Chattanooga yesterday when we got the call that the service place had put the van back together and then realized they needed another new part which they wouldn't have until today! So we spent the night here in Chattanooga! We had fun though, which we always do when we're together (I LOVE my girls!). We went to Walmart to buy the essentials to get through the trip (we never mind shopping!). Here's a funny story: We had went through HBA and picked up toothbrushes, make-up, etc, then moved on to the clothes section. We picked out new underwear (an ESSENTIAL), jammies, and a cheap tote to keep it all in. We then picked out a few items to try on. I pushed our cart out of the way in an aisle near, but not in front of, the dressing rooms. We came out with our selections and headed for the checkout. While waiting in line, Kimmy noticed that we were missing our new totes. Upon further inspection, we realized we were missing our undies too, so back we went to round things up again! Apparently, some very dedicated store employee thought our cart was a "returns" cart and started putting things back! After we paid and left the store, we realized we didn't have our jammies either! Sheesh! Well, we wanted to go to a movie, so we didn't go back, we just slept in our t-shirts! (I know, that's probably TMI! lol!) We saw the movie, "The Proposal", and it was very funny! We debated between it and Harry Potter, which I haven't seen either, Kimmy had seen both, but we decided that Mark would go with me to see H.P. but wouldn't want to see a romantic comedy.
After a quick late bite at Cracker Barrell (my fav place to eat, it's the only place I can get home-cooked food without doing the cooking myself!), it was off to bed for us!
Since I'm posting, I thought I would check to see what pics I had stored on this computer and this is what I found, some cards from July events:
